Weekly Yoga Classes



Monday 8:00 am - 9:00 am In-Studio and Virtual at Yogaview

Wednesday 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm In-Studio at Yogaview

Drop-ins are welcome


My classes are intended for all levels of yoga students to stretch, strengthen, find balance and cultivate peace. The classes are one hour. You can expect precise alignment and breath cues, soul-stirring insights, safe sequencing, uplifting music and impactful silence. The practices are gentle and therapeutic, yet energizing and impactful.

In studio classes are held at our beautiful and spacious studio in Wilmette, IL on Greenbay Road. Street parking is abundant. Yoga mats and props are available for your use.  

If you are joining remotely, please register in advance through the link above, and you will receive a Zoom link and curated Spotify playlist 10 minutes prior to class.
