Weekly Yoga Classes



Monday 8:00 am - 9:00 am In-Studio and Virtual at Yogaview

Wednesday 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm In-Studio at Yogaview

Friday 11:00 am – 12:00 pm In-Studio at Reach Yoga

My classes are intended for all levels of yoga students to stretch, strengthen, find balance and cultivate peace. The classes are one hour. You can expect precise alignment and breath cues, soul-stirring insights, safe sequencing, uplifting music and impactful silence. The practices are gentle and therapeutic yet energizing and impactful.

In studio classes are held at our beautiful and spacious studios.  Props are available for your use.  

If you are joining remotely, you will receive a Zoom link and accompanied Spotify playlist prior to class.

Please sign up in advance, when possible, through the links above.  If you are new to practicing in the virtual space, sign on early, and I will help you get set up.
